Shipping Policy – CartuneWerks 

1. Shipping Charges

  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders shipped via Express Courier: 2–3 days

  • Orders shipped via Economy Courier: 5–8 days, depending on location

  • Vendor Stock products may take up to 15 days for dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders typically take 48–72 hours to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped.

4. Shipping Address
Each order can be shipped only to one shipping address entered at the time of checkout.
For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

5. Tracking Details
Once the order is shipped, the AWB/docket number will be emailed to you.
You can also track your order on our website under the “Track Your Order” section.

6. Non-Working Days
CartuneWerks is closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Orders received on Saturday after 12 PM or on Sunday will begin processing from Monday.

Return Policy – CartuneWerks

Mandatory Condition – Unboxing Video

You are required to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
If you receive a damaged / wrong / missing product, the unboxing video must be shared with us.
We can process your issue only after receiving this video.


1. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged / defective / incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via:

After receiving your complaint, CartuneWerks will verify the details.
If the complaint is valid, we will arrange a replacement.


3. Check Before Accepting Delivery

Please check the parcel upon delivery.
If the packaging is damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.


4. Conditions for Returning a Product

To initiate a return:

a) You must notify CartuneWerks within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

b) The product must be unused.

c) We will arrange pickup. If our logistics partner is unable to collect, you may be asked to courier the product within 1–2 days.
Courier charges will be reimbursed after approval.

d) Products must be returned in original packaging, including:

  • Labels

  • Barcodes

  • Tags

  • User manuals

  • Warranty card

  • Invoice

e) All returned items are subject to quality checks to validate the claim.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed as per original payment method.

  • Online payments: Refund within 7–21 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via cheque or account transfer.

Important:

  • If the product was used, it will be sent for repair via service centre. Courier charges may apply.

  • Promo codes are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or returned.


Cancellation Policy – CartuneWerks

1. Cancellation by CartuneWerks

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Failed verification

  • High-risk or suspicious orders

If your payment was already processed, the amount will be refunded.
Promo codes cannot be reissued.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • If the order has not been processed, CartuneWerks may approve cancellation and issue a refund.

  • Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

  • Customer-initiated cancellations will incur a 5–10% cancellation fee.

  • CartuneWerks reserves the final decision regarding order status and cancellation.


3. Bulk Order Cancellations

CartuneWerks may cancel orders classified as “Bulk Orders,” which may include:

a) Products ordered for resale
b) Multiple orders of the same product for one address
c) Unusually large quantities

Promo codes used on bulk orders will not be refunded.


Refund Policy – CartuneWerks

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 15–20 working days.
